Sale of Goods And Services These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services available on our Site. The following goods are available on our Site: Marketing Plans; YSSmail; and YSSloyalty. The following services are available on our Site: Digital Marketing Services; and Website Creation. The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered. These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. Subscriptions Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription. To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: Your subscription with Your Salon Support (YSS) will automatically renew each billing cycle unless you request cancellation. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following cancellation terms: 1. Automatic Renewal All YSS subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). You will continue to be charged until you submit a cancellation request. 2. Cancellation Notice To cancel your subscription, you must provide a 30-day written notice before your next billing date. This ensures we have time to process your request and complete any outstanding services. How to cancel: Email us at brayden@yoursalonsupport.com with your account details and cancellation request. Your subscription will remain active for 30 days after your cancellation request. 3. No Refunds All payments are final. We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for unused time if you cancel mid-cycle. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. 4. Late Cancellation & Charges If you fail to submit your 30-day cancellation notice, you will be charged for the next billing cycle, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of that cycle. 5. Exceptions & Modifications YSS reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance. Free Trial We offer the following free trial of our goods and services: 7 Day free trial is available for YSSloyalty only. Payments We accept the following payment methods on our Site: Credit Card; Debit; Direct Debit; and Bank Payment. When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument. If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction. Consumer Protection Law Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. YSSMail Subscription & Cancellation 1.1 Automatic Renewal – YSSMail subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. 1.2 Cancellation Notice – A 30-day written notice is required to cancel YSSMail. The subscription remains active for 30 days after notice is received. 1.3 No Refunds – All YSSMail payments are final. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations. 1.4 Account Access – YSS reserves the right to retain access to email marketing data and analytics for reporting and compliance purposes. 2. YSS Loyalty Program 2.1 Customer Data Collection – By enrolling in YSS Loyalty, clients authorize YSS to collect, store, and process customer data for loyalty program management, marketing insights, and campaign execution. 2.2 Third-Party Integrations – YSS Loyalty integrates with external CRM and marketing platforms, and clients acknowledge that their customers’ data may be shared with these services. 2.3 Data Retention – Customer data collected through YSS Loyalty remains accessible to YSS for analytics, reporting, and system improvements unless a formal deletion request is submitted by the client. 2.4 Opt-Out Requests – Customers of YSS clients may opt out of loyalty communications at any time. YSS is not responsible for clients’ failure to honor opt-out requests. 3. Access to Customer Data 3.1 Data Processing Agreement – By using YSS services, clients grant YSS access to their customers’ data for marketing execution, CRM management, and analytics. 3.2 Authorized Use – YSS will only access and process customer data for the purposes of: • Email and SMS marketing campaigns (YSSMail) • Loyalty program management (YSS Loyalty) • Digital marketing and advertising strategies 3.3 Data Ownership – The client retains ownership of all customer data but grants YSS a license to use the data for service delivery. 3.4 Confidentiality & Security – YSS will not sell or misuse customer data and will take reasonable steps to protect it. However, YSS is not responsible for data breaches resulting from client-side security failures. 3.5 Account Termination – Upon cancellation of services, access to customer data will be revoked.
